All new hires receive orientation, training and supervision. A metrics-based evaluation program is explained to each employee and implemented. Each employee is given a photo ID badge to ensure proper recognition when at a client's site. Warehouse, production and delivery personnel are issued uniforms with Menco insignia in addition to the required identification badge.
